when you're nowhere
you're
in poetry.
death is thus also a poem
that will remain
a potential
perhaps
forever.
won't a molecule ever carry a message
from my mother
to a remote molecule
of mine
say
in a million years?
a
billion?
no?
not
a chance?
let's
not be pessimistic,
but scientific:
in
a billion billion years from now,
a molecule of hers, or an atom, may, or, ok, might
some day, if a billion billion years is not enough
then, ok, in a billion billion billion years
may
touch,
like a kiss,
an
atom
from
my body
me.
it
might.
true,
when you're nowhere
you're
in poetry, and death
is thus also a poem. but forget poetry
now, it's high time
we
thought scientifically
